Where can I create a workbook?

So, I'm home schooled and have to sit on the computer for hours each day finishing assignments... It gets pretty depressing sitting in this little space all day and I miss writing in a book or on paper. Simply having the assignment in front of me to write on. I was thinking about printing all the assignments out so I could write the answers down and then rewrite them on the computer once I've finished. But..that's going to take a lot of paper and ink. Is there anywhere, like a store or online I can order the pages to be printed? Preferably in a booklet so I can keep it all together? :) That would be wonderful... I just don't know where to look.
