How to get rid of unwanted Graffiti on a book?

So I was looking at a old school book that I will need next term and noticed someone wrote inappropriate stuff all over it in blue pen. My teacher checks them all so I need to get rid of the writing, But I can't tippex it because the writing is too small to rewrite. What should I do? I can't get a new book because I have loads of notes written in it.
