Motor was run without oil, motor blown, lowest/less priced way to fix it, 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse?

Yeah, bummer. My dad always told me (a little sarcastically) that "You can run a car without gasoline if you want, but you can't run it without oil!". Engines are relatively inexpensive because of restrictions on emissions in Japan.
