What is a good Capture Card?

Well, I used to record with an Easy Cap and it was decent 480p quality. But now I want to record 720p quality videos from my Xbox 360. The capture card can be anything to be honest, it can capture VGA, S-Video, HD Component, A/V Component. It does not matter, as long as it can capture 720p, the only stipulation though is Price, I want a good Capture Card under, at, or close to $35. If you know anything out there that can do that than please tell me.
