What to do to fix up an old car?

So to make a long story short, I have two cars. A '94 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera that's taking up space, and a '99 Eclipse GS. The Eclipse isn't doing so well so I was going to sell it and use the money to fix up the Olsmobile. Other than the obvious things like fix the headlight that's broken, change the oil, air filter, etc what can I do to get this Oldsmobile running nicely? It's got a 3.2l V6 so I think it could be a decent amount of fun, but I'm not sure where to start.
