What things will the recruiter not tell me about the Air Force?

I am doing research, and looking into becoming a Pararescue in the Air Force. From al the research I've conducted, I still have questions as to what stipulations and concerns I should be aware of about joining the Air Force/ becoming a Pararescue. What won't the recruiter tell me?
