How to program your own mmorpg?

Hi, i heard that using a software like eclipse ISNT a good way to make your mmorpg to be the best. I need to program my mmorpg to have what I want in it, but no software i find can do that, if there IS good software to do that, please tell me, otherwise, i need to know hot yo make my game the way i want it to be made, also designing it, thank you, and g;night
