Are there any stipulations for the cash for clunkers progam after you have bought the car?

I traded my jeep in for a pontiac vibe July of 2009 and I was curious if there is a certain amount of time the vibe needs to be registered in the same name. My moms name is on the title with mine and I want it to be in my name now and just wAnt to make sure there is no limit it needs to be in the same name, since when we bought the car it had to have the same names on the title when we bought it.
