Are the qualifications for president (being 35yrs old, and born in the U.S.) relevant today?

It is understandable why the Founders put these stipulations along with having lived in the U.S. for the last seven years in the U.S. Constitution, but do you think they should still apply today or be changed? My class Constitutions class was debating this and I seemed to differ in my point of view than most people in the class so I am curious on what other people think.
